Methods of payment Credit/Debit Card
All major credit/debit cards accepted, we no longer accept AMEX.

Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.

Customs & V.A.T. For goods supplied to European Union Countries, V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) at the UK rate of 20% is included in the cost of your goods. If you are ordering from countries outside the European Union the V.A.T. will not be added to your bill.
All international packages are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returning Goods In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, you must contact us first to at either support@rmawilliams.com or write to our Trading Address. We strongly advise that an insured delivery method such as Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery be used. RMA Williams Jewellers will accept no responsibility for returned items until they are on company premises.
Earrings can not be returned due to 'Health and Safety' laws unless goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods If a product is faulty or damaged or is not what you ordered, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item within 30 days. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods. Please email support@rmawilliams.com or write to our Trading Address with your order number and the details of the item(s).

Cancellation Customers can cancel their order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. Return carriage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery We aim to dispatch orders same day by Royal Mail but please allow up to 5 working days. All products are subject to availability. For security, we only ship to the billing address.
If our Card Services are unable to confirm the billing address the order will be declined. Items up to £60 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, items over £60 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK and are insured for damage and loss.
We do not deliver to non UK addresses.

Refunds Any refunds will be in the form of the original method of payment.

Credit Card Security We use the Barclaycard epdq Card Payment Interface which is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) standards.

You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
If we believe an order has been placed fraudulently, then we may share that information with third parties including the Police, credit card companies and any other organisation that may help to track and/or prevent future occurrences of fraud or abuse.

Images All product images used on this web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging. In the event that you are not happy with any goods received, you have the right to cancel your order, return the goods in good condition to us within 7 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.

Statutory Rights Your statutory rights are not affected.
