Methods of payment

Taking Payment
Payment will not be taken until goods are ready for dispatch.

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.

Customs & V.A.T.
For goods supplied to European Union Countries, V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) at the UK rate of 17.5% is included in the cost of your goods. If you are ordering from countries outside the European Union the V.A.T. will not be added to your bill.

All international packages are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returning Goods
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, you must contact us first to at either support@rmawilliams.com or write to our Trading Address. All international packages are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

We strongly advise that an insured delivery method such as Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery be used. The Clock Shop will accept no responsibility for returned items until they are on company premises.

Earrings can not be returned due to 'Health and Safety' laws unless goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If a product is faulty or damaged or is not what you ordered, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item within 30 days. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods. Please email support@rmawilliams.com or write to our Trading Address with your order number and the details of the item(s).

Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. Return carriage costs are the customer's responsibility. A small handling fee may be applicable.

Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery but please allow up to 5 working days. All products are subject to availability.

For security, we only ship to the billing address.
If our Card Services are unable to confirm the billing address the order will be declined. (Addresses outside the UK may be declined if the local data protection act does not allow address confirmation).

All items are shipped Special Delivery within the UK and are insured for damage and loss.
Items to the EU are sent airmail and will be Internationally Signed For.
Our delivery charges are -
£4.00 for orders up to a value of £100 (UK)
£8.00 for orders to the EU

Free delivery for orders over £100.

Free delivery is a special offer which can be removed at any time.

Refunds
Any refunds will be in the form of the original method of payment.

If we believe an order has been placed fraudulently, then we may share that information with third parties including the Police, credit card companies and any other organisation that may help to track and/or prevent future occurrences of fraud or abuse.

All product images used on this web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging. In the event that you are not happy with any goods received, you have the right to cancel your order, return the goods in good condition to us within 7 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.
